Unexpected farms IN unexpected places
We believe that growing closer to consumers addresses many hurdles modern agriculture faces today,
including dwindling resources, lack of nutritional content due to soil depletion, supply chain issues, and food accessibility.
Our farms seek to address these issues, and although alternative food-growing systems are still being developed across the world,
we are determined to be among those that do it right and be a part of a larger conversation about how society feeds itself.
By specializing in gourmet mushrooms and fresh, nutritious vegetables, we hope to create lasting change
in the types of new restaurants that are available and in how and what people choose to eat, by bringing the farms to the people.
By growing in containers that can be placed in the most inopportune spaces, using as little as 55 gallons of water per week/container, these systems allow for a truly sustainable model whether you are in the city, the country, or those in-between places.
However, some crops grow best in greenhouse spaces, and in those cases we will partner with businesses and new residential developments for rooftop and community gardens, utilizing sunlight, offsetting carbon footprints, and growing with aquaponics (plants in water with fish) and permaculture modalities.
We will have regular market days for consumers to purchase a la carte via our pop up markets or on a subscription basis.
For business to business transactions, we will offer weekly delivery.
